I can be very self-conscious and shy at times but other times I'm the complete opposite. I hate the fact that I can't find a balance. Also, controlling my bad temper can get very difficult at times.

Hmm. I rarely "hate myself" for something.

Why? Because:

We, as human beings, have the power to change our perceptions, attitudes, and in turn, behavaiour in an instant, so anything we hate about ourselves can and should be immediately reconciled.

Having said that, I have definitely had my faults over the years, but when it comes down to trying to change something about yourself, it's best to focus on the way you want to be, instead of focusing and getting caught up on what you "hate about yourself"

Yeah, it was pretty bad when I was younger. I got in a lot of trouble because of my attitude. Then I had to control myself so I turned to food, that's when I put on so much weight. Now I have EDM, thank God!

I don't hate anything about myself. Hate is such a strong word. But I dislike the fact that I tend to overanalyze everything. I need to just relax.
