I have to agree with the TAs here. RnB and hip-hop blows. Why do i say this? This board is dealt with EDM music. Now if i went and wrote a post in a HipHop forum about how great Ferry Corsten is and that they should all get his new album...what type of response do you think i would recieve?

1) Spam - Since never really posting on the board then all the sudden come out post the topic in mulitple sections that does not relate at all to the board over all. Escpecially if it's promoting an album that does not relate to the overall board.

2)an Ass - After posting this topic and getting flamed (which was too be expected) I attempt to argue that the rest of the board is wrong.


IF you were an active poster here and made the same topic vs. being pretty much a TiT as you are, it is a very big difference..

I agree with the part about the dude spamming. But I guess because Hip-Hop/Rap are made on a computer, played in clubs by DJs, makes people dance, etc. means that it's not electronic music? It is. However, that doesn't mean that I like it.

Orbital32- i posted in non-edm related forum or forum strickly for EDM music. AN ASS? i wasnt expecting getting flamed at all considering dat i posted in chillout and westcoast forum, which Chillout clearly stated "anything on your mind...etc" and This song was on my mind. We as a EDM cumminty should have a broader view in music and more diverse than anyone outside of it, which i think its a plus.So, dats why i posted this thread on Babyface, Im a active user on this forum, if i know babyface, im sure others might know him and appreciate his work.

Im sure all of you want to treat people the way YOU want to be treated also. I'm sure there are people who luv hiphop and HAtes trance or all EDM music, but arguing with them wont get you anywhere besides more hatred.
I'm sure you guys see threads on " How to make my friends listen to Trance or EDM music" all the time, why is dat? You want people to accpet the stuff you luv and feel your music. If YOU cant even do the same to them, why do they wanna listen to EDM at all? This Logic isnt hard at all.

I think someone else said if you were a regular poster someone might have given you a little respect. But basically don't come in here acting the way you did without expecting to get flamed to hell.
