though I'm not to keen a psy listener I think I'd judge it fairly based on mixing skills, but as far as happy hardcore goes, well

hardly judging fairly.

This should be judged on mixing technique not what style of music is in the mix. Otherwise we would all put happy hardcore in our mixes.

I said, I MIGHT be, not that I was gonna out of choice, it's kind of inevitable, e.g. if u've only ever used intel pc's and was asked which is better between intel and amd, which would u choose?

I was just making an example coz I don't listen to hardcore and if some1 did a mix of it I MIGHT not be the best in judging it... whereas it'd be the opposite with house/trance coz that's my style
rest assured that I will judge all mixes to the best of my ability, regardless of genre, by mixing techniques etc... as stipulated in the rules of these contests
