The way I see it, ..., the person voting should ONLY rely on what they heard and seen during a live performance (and its only IF THEY ACTUALLY SEEN THEM) and NOT production wise. It would be the same if it was for the #1 singer, ..., it should be based upon their singing live not how good the record is itself.

2) Benassi
3) Dirty Vegas
4) ATC
5) Whoever else made a song that clearchannel likes within recent years

We need to stop expecting this thing to have our fav musicians on top of it just because we think they are the best, we need to realize that this is a pop list, not a who has better music list. Sure, if a song is good it can become popular, but is only works one way, not all popular songs are necessarily good, some of them are there because of industry connections, background dancers, radio station bribery, industry corruption, and god knows what else.

I predict Tiesto on top, I also predict PvD will score very high becuase POTD2 is going to release right when people are voting for this thing(was this on purpose? it is good strategy) Sasha and Digweed will still be consecutive names on the list because most people who vote for one also vote for the other. Judge Jules will rank above a bunch of Breaks and DnB and it will make alot of kids in regions where those are the bigger styles angry. Markus, Above and Beyond, and andy Moor will make gains compared to last year. Anyone with an essential mix gig during the voting time will show up in the list unless it is some random mixtape like sometimes happens. Pete Tong will rank above people who are much more talanted then he.


We might even see the name "Diddy" on that list, hahaha

yeh but you know in reality that doesn't happen.

it's he/she who's been in everyone's (read general limited exposure to EDM public) faces the most that gets the most votes.

and how do you get a shitload of people who know absolutely nothing about trance/EDM to know your name? Play a gig at the Olympics
