Well off to see LOTR again...

Haha! I promised my sister to see the movie with her, and the excuse that I already saw it twice doesnt work.. ;P

So I'm off to the theater to see it for the third time. I'll look for the other things that I thought while watching the movie and keep you posted.

One more thing that I have to say is that I was really dissatisfied with the selection of the Matrix guy as Elrond (dont remember his name) when he came into Frodo's room (when he just woke up) I couldnt stop laughing. I just couldnt get the image of him coming into the room and saying "Welcome to the Matrix Frodo" out of my head. I imagined elrond in a tottaly different way.

Oh and also the fighting sequence when Frodo takes off with the ring at the end of the movie was amazing. I just loved how Legolas shot arrows at a speed of like 3 arrows/second that guy is like and automatic weapon.

What a fucking mad movie. I loved it - even the casting of Hugo Weaving . It was a pitty that they couldn't fit in all those little bits that ppl mentioned (tom bombadill etc...). But my favourite bit was when Bilbo sees the ring on Froddo and hisses as he reaches for it - he sort of turns into Gollum for a fraction of a second. That was coool and gave me a bit of a shock.

It followed the book alright.. but did leave out a fair bit...

the true Lord of the Rings

did anybody watch David Letterman on Friday night with his review on the Lord of the Rings? they had some guy wearing a T-shirt that said Lord of the Rings, he came up on stage when Dave brought up the movie. then he sits down next to Dave and says "yes you called, i am the onion ring eating champion, i ate 8 orders of onion rings." Then dave says "No, were talking about the movie." And this guy says "Oh Yeah, well im the Lord of the Rings, who wants onion rings?" and he takes out a basket full of onion rings and starts throwing them at the live audience.

there were sum faults in the movies... the way they met pippin and munti, they forgot to remove the small tags on apples, and some fault in the story, but still...god damn! thats a nice movie...
