well kinda, once you buy those drugs, they are yours and in your possession. so should the cops bust in just than and find you with drugs on you, theyre going to nail you with possession. if you buy a bag of weed or coke or whatever and smoke/snort it 20 seconds before the cops come in the front door, you're safe.
