yes you can use official teams. 2k5 is from last year, and because it was better and cheaper than madden, EA went out and got exclusive contracts with NFL and EPSN, so there's no new ESPN NFL 2k6, instead they're bringing back nfl blitz O_o

lol packers, they finally got a win today! although against the saints, that doesn't count!

the game runs fine.. and the menu works all good, but when i start the game, the characters dont come out and the game kinda freezes..

yeah, we have a few issues with madden on occasion.
youre right, you should be able to play with those specs. other than updating your vid drivers, you might wanna purchase the retail version of the game

i dunno. there are plenty of reasons why things stop working on a PC. your guess would prob be better than mine.
