well the party was decent.
it really all depends if your in good company i guess. I stuck with jennypie for 3-4 hours until i lost her in the disaster. Should have never went to the "shrooms" door but my blatter was gonna burst. i thought Lee was briliant i WAS a fan and i thought he smoked timo maas hands down.
After being a little pissed for losing chris i bounced over to kh where Hawtin seemed to be working up a storm on his minimal set. Very gifted mixer but everyone looked like they were in a death march. i saw the first hour of cox and he was brilliant.....then i bounced
give the night a 7.86
PS. i was trying to hunt people down the whole night......i lost everyone. just curious where did everyone stay?

HAPPY THANKSGIVING.............I SMELL TURKEY! |
LOL@ the shrooms door.....that was funny....I ended up takin off quite early, the revs got to my stomach, I said bye to a couple people but couldnt find anybody I went with!!! I lost my brother, Ola, Ben, Yohan, Aron, Vince, I lost you too! lol (ps when you said jennypie, did you mean me? or was this a later part of the night?) Lost em all! But im sure I was in good hands as long as I was with the TA's Good night, enjoyed the music indeed, wasnt too rammmed, ran into ppl I know from filmfest, always a pleasant surprise to see them...good to see everybody else as well! Wish I got D to come out tho dammit! The nights still kind of a blur for me (ugh revs) but I dont remember a bad moment at all, so all is good!!
as for Turkey, I hate being a procrastinator, and my parents are gone to ottawa, and there just doesnt seem to be one for me today I was looking so forward to it also!!!

here's only one thing left to say.....
I LOVE TECHNO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Like many others, this was the fucking best event I've ever been to, which doesn't come as a surprise really. I've never dance so fucking hard the whole night without ANY alcohol or well um...substances lol. I tried doing the same at Global Gathering and I couldn't handle it. Tonight had my name written all over it. Carl Cox was my pick of the night, started off as average but as his set progressed he just dropped one amazing tune after the next. His enthusiasm got my pumped as well, the dude just wouldn't let me rest my bon. Next to Cox, Lee Burridge got me the most pumped. For the short amount of time I got to experience, he layed down tracks that made me cream MULTIPLE times...those electro inspired tunes are what I live for. Memorible mentions as well are for Timo Mass, who played an above average set, and also Richie Hawtin who didn't do much for me at first, but was pretty decent. Loco Dice was pretty good, it was a nice start for me. This night raped me, fucking everyone hole in my body :P Nice catching the TAs I saw, and hope the ones that I didn't see had a blast!
