I'm really starting to think I can't make it out afterall. My work is pilling up and its critical as far as timing goes and can not be pushed off. (It means my employement for next year!)
I'm still undecided but its sitting at about 65% chance of not going. 
I just called Satellite records and they told me they still have a bunch of tickets available for $42 in the store.

As for your concerns with dress code, dress to impress but girls will have it easier than guys. Last time I was there I got in wearing skate shoes (but was wearing a dress shirt) you can't always guarentee that will work in all cases.
If there is some part that of clothing that you're trying to get away with just dress up in other areas that draw attention away from your shoes...

*nusty does not wear sunglasses at night, they make it hard to see and you could trip
