No man, in Russian, possessive pronouns and adjectives decline according to the noun they pertain to. Thus if обезьяна is feminine моя and маленькая have to be feminine too... and there's no way to change it even if you're calling a man an обезьяна, cause the noun is still always feminine. Thus you rarely call a man that but he wouldn't know
