With their B team, England defeated the USA less than a year ago 2-1 in Chicago and have never been placed above the USA since the last Euro. I was going to point that out as well untill i read this post. The US r way overrated. When the only games u play r against canada ans south american countries that have like 30 people living in them u r obviously going to be ranked high because you would kill them all. If they were in europe they would be ranked at about the same level as canada and probely wouldent make the WC.
