yeah we'll see.. they better offer me a pretty nice settlement or else i will take it to court, the reality of the situation is i am going to get an ambulance bill, the jeep is fucked and i owe $17,000 on it still... plus the fact that my back is in alot of pain and i am supposed to be giving birth in the next month or so, so the pain and anguish factor keeps going up and up... and i still might get whiplash and all those other fun treats. don't agree to the settlement, their insurance company will draw one up to get a cheap way out. Seriously get a lawyer


my friend got rearended and had to go to therapy and had the whole neck/back problems and netted a decent settlement. altho she spent most of it on a trip to jamaica...hehe.
