One thing that pisses me off is that the U.S. news never reports about the past Canadian peacekeeping missions in Bosnia, or their help in the real war on terror in Afghanistan. As a result of that, I try to get my news from the BBC. Previous to that Canada entered World War 2 against Germany, long before the U.S. got forced into joining because of Pearl Harbor, and Canada contributed heavily to the winning of World War 1, especially with the battle of Dieppe. While I'm proud of Canadas military considering it is a country of only 33 million people ( or somewhere around there ) and since the Korean War - has had a professional volunteer army, I'm glad former Prime Minister Jean Cretien didn't believe all the lies from the Bush Administration. As a dual citizen I'm sick of certain ( not all ) arogant Americans thinking they're the shit, and nobody else in this world does anything for anybody else.
Also I noticed that a certain arrogant idiot had God bless America under his post. Last week I seen a bumper sticker that is much more appropriate & alot less selfish

Happily, we have our own foreign policy...
...and never underestimate our forces, we may be small but we can certainly kick some major ass if needed

The grey rain-curtain of this world rolls back, and all change to silver glass...and then you see it...
