There may be art behind DJing but this certainly isn't it. This is more like tedious repetitive work. Art is creating things - knowing which tunes to put together and in what order, doing original things, not spending hours with a piano identifying keys, not matching speeds with some old outdated piece of technology. The only people who are afraid of technologies like software, CDJs, beat counters and this thing are people who didn't have any artistic ability to begin with, and without all those pointless technical tasks, they're nothing.
You know you just totally contradicted yourself there mate.

House was ooit house. Waar ongelovigen toch predikten “God made me funky, and I’m glad He blessed me this way”.

Mixmeister keys nicely, surely there must be a way to export that (in fact I think I did once, not sure though).

He says that art is about creating things rather than messing around with keys and such, and then he says that people who can't do the technical stuff never had any artistic ability to begin with.
A good dj knows if they are harmonising or not and makes the necessary adjustments, without software.

That's not what I've read.

This means those people lacking artistic ability are only good at the technical tasks. Not that they suck at it.
I can't read his mind or speak for him, but I think it's obvious.
