well, there you have it folks. obviously this dude is hell-bent on buying another iPod, regardless of what we say to try and dissuade him into actually buying something worthwhile. that said, kush... please. buy an Apple product. let them know they are doing an excellent job in the products they produce... because i sure as fuck won't.

same problem here. i went to their little support site too and it didnt help jack. this will be the second time I have to go across the city to the only apple store in all of Toronto and get either a refund or exchange it.

I had a first (1st) generation Ipod for 4 years, no problems at all, no battery life degredation, held 20gigs, worked fine with all my computers, etc etc. then i left it out overnight at home and it froze in the sub 0 weather and doesn't work. im so emo my ipod broke waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh! ::cutyourself:: ::imretarted::

Ipods are fine, your the retards.
