mmm indian food is one of my favorites!!
i love a Mysore Rasam (vegtable curry to you) with aloo gobi (Potatoes and Cauliflower) or sag aloo (Curried Spinach And Potatoes) on a bed of basmati rice accompinied by a peshwari naan bread
mmmmmmmmmm a wicked vegetarian indian curry that is!!
it's a shame only the basic "normal" indian food makes it outside India... There's so many different things down here you'd never get abroad. I mean srsly, everyone lists the same thing pretty much-

I also really dig good mashed vegetable curry with really good whole grain wheat toast.
I'm not a huge fan of Nan - I'll eat it, but I prefer this with the wheat toast.

Thats soo true man...I wish I could have all those frankies/egg rolls and stuff here. The only place I found those were in Manhattan after searching for days....
But it was worth it........

I've never tried indian food, but it's all around me, I don't know what has kept me from trying it.
I will one of these days, I'm not afriad to try new things.
