I found out the key with Oakie. . .get a little drunk and dont pay too much attention. Then, his sets are rather enjoyable. I thought his tracklisting was good like usual. That "World is Mine" remix he plays is sweet. Compared to his performance at Coachella a few weeks back, I thought this one was much better.

crowd was overall great and friendly. dancefloor was too packed so that wasnt that great. supposedly mtv was recording the whole show.

some other girl was lipsynching instead of colleen kelly.

oakenfold was never that great of beatmatcher. he was no exception that night but he played some nice tracks.

he started with in love with myself (benny benassi), later played amsterdam, total blackout, and favorite part was when he played greece 2000 shog remix and then accidently pressed eject (happens to lot of us).

drive back home was horrible, all the freeways were closed for construction.

That is just wrong!

Anyone got video of that (or anything else from the night)?

Yes, yes we all know what Oakie did back in the day...but lately he hasn't done much. Acutally it even he himself said in a magazine interview recently that he is no longer motivated as he once was.

i could curse and harass you over the internet but i find it childish and unecessary......

i am a

#1 Picotto fan
#2 Sasha fan
#3 Lawler fan

....my reply 2 that post wasn't on a positive note....it was meant to be negative AGAINST Tiesto....If you read carefully you will realize that i was criticizing the fact that all he seems to play or at least 75% percent of all his sets are his old classic tunes(ie Adagio, Traffic,Just Be, and so on). And this is all the time...the other 25% usually consists of old tracks but are new to him because HE'S spining them NOW...but of course hes Tiesto he can do that and get away with it...Usually his current compilation or cd release/intro to the crowd for the 1st time kinda thing.....And its always the same alwayzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.......so before you go on and tell people what YOU THINK they should do, just stop and be happy for us that we're not you... are twice or 4 times better than him? and, when tiesto plays old tracks,
people melt. so, i do not think you are fair to djs. yes, oakie was not good, but sasha and tiesto are not good either.

You're such a tool.

That happened to me...once...after too many drinks. But I didn't get paid $100,000 to do it

edit
And Oakey's probably close to 60 by now

Lipsynching

Hi everyone! Just wanted you all to know that that WAS NOT me on stage Friday night. Layla was lipsynching to MY VOICE without my permission. Milli Vanilli!!! Thank you so much to all the LATA's who have spoken up for me. Artists seem to forget that without fans we are NOTHING. I have some of the best fans and friends in the world, so I feel like the luckiest girl alive. Thanks again everyone! xoxo - Colleen
