I will miss it if it goes, I had lotsa good times listening and talking in their IRC channel.
I still can't accept that allowing amateurs access to an audience is a bad thing, there is great stuff coming on that station. There are plenty of quality controls out there who can filter music for you, but many prefer to just go to a place that does not exclude so much. It really isnt that big of a deal, there are plenty of online radios, but this whole blame everything on the nerds business is a bunch of bs really.
I'm not trying to jump into the flame battle, but there isnt anything wrong with being a nerd, following your passions, and just being yourself. Internet radio and ameteur music can be great fun. Really everyone is a nerd in their own way, one kid spends alot of time online, the other plays sports all the time, another is obsessed with anime, everyone has something like that which others would call them a nerd for doing, but if it makes you happy then it doesn't matter what other people think about it.
Exclusion is the last thing we should be pushing for IMHO.
