The expression says it all!! ...(And look there's Mum!, if anyone knows where the party is its her! LOL)
Just very quickly, I hope to write more soon, the day was amazing. I unfortunately missed X-Cube's set (but I saw him around later on in the day...huge smile on his face, must of had a blast! Congrats!)
Best DJ of the day: Creator
I love Maus just as much as the next guy (and the people that know me on the boards know that I love her and her music) but she just wasn't the Maus I know she can be. Picnic is an amazing venue, and Creator showed that you can shine in afterhours and day-events, Maus dissapointed me a little if only because it wasn't industrial-tech but more electro-tech (with some latin flavor). Nevertheless I loved seeing her, I thoroly enjoyed LaFleche (first time for me to see him, and i hear he's a legend) and Creator, well, just blew everyone away.
Marin, the vibe was definately there this time around, and it was mostly due to your limitless talent at chosing the right tracks and mixing them magnificently. Just keep going and you will reach a level that will surprise even you!
Great pictures!!

Ya and it looks like I got a bum implant in that particular pic
...I have realized that when I support DJs, I'm always in the front of the crowd you know, really SHOWING the DJ what he means to me, trying to FEEL what he's feeling and hopefully he gets a small inclination of how I'm feeling because of him...But I hate the pictures that come out They are taken in moments where my facial and bodily expressions are being controlled by music that is very dark and dirty so, I tend to look bad lol, like with pissed-off looks on my face...Kinda funny if you let it slide (which I do) but mon dieu, those Sundance pictures were enough...now these? HAHAHAHAHA...!!!

Afterhours is a state of mind, but significantly, it's more a state of 'I don't mind'. A determined continuation, contentment and relief that 'it ain't over yet!' An injection of music into attitude and occasion which creates an emotional wave forth that isolates globally, a ringing harmonic, a signal to a like-minded collective that 'we are only us'.
