Granted it's from Remixed, but here's an article about different types - http://remixmag.com/mag/remix_live_pa/

According to Ishkur (God, I can't believe I'm quoting this)
quote:
Live PA (Performance Artist)
Someone who plays their own music live, all by themselves, entirely, using electronic equipment.
The major difference between a Live PA and a regular DJ is, of course, that a Live PA pays more attention to their profession and less attention to the crowd.

From what I've read on another board, this is how their setup works. I can confirm that he's right in October when he plays here.

He doesn't DJ - he plays w/ DJ T.O.M., who basically play his tracks & remixes while Trentemoller adds keys & effects over top. It is not the kind of impressive live PA Bucci did, IMO from the recordings I've heard.

If someone books him I'd check him out for sure!

I would say Tiesto and G&D

There was a thread a while back about Gabriel & Dresdens tracklist being almost identical in two diffrent sets!

The point of that thread was like, one gig was in America and the other in UK and the tracklist was almos the same in relation of songs and the order of them.. talk about innovation..

Same thing could be said about Richie Hawtin at times, yet you labelled him a whore in the first page.

Trentemoller dosen't always do a live PA by the way. You even have Damian Lazarus as a non whore, and you're right, i don't think he even has a released production out, but im sure he whores artists in his label so..
