As always there's a plethora of experiences, but there's an alarming amount of bad experiences with the ipod as I've seen.

Mine, when I hook it up to update it, will go to the "do not disconnect screen", but it'll never show up on itunes for me to actually update it. I've deleted itunes, reinstalled itunes, updated the ipod updater, and nothing's worked. For a $400 piece of equipment you'd think it'd last muuuuch longer than about six or seven months before shit like that happens. Not to mention their battery life is nowhere near as advertised.
