Uhh, someone who isn't a racist fucking turd who doesn't shy away from fighting wars themselves? Perhaps those darn Virginians are smart enough to separate fact from fiction. I realize you have a difficult time yourself, but I do give Virginians more credit than you.

Hey, congratulations on your spelling bee! All this time I thought it was a "C", not an "S" in the word "Senate!" You win!

I know. Pointing out the obvious only adds more ad hominem attacks by you guys. Don't worry - nothing that most folks here including the Dem. candidates aren't used to by now.
| quote: | | context means nothing here. |
Yeah, who would want to bother with such details anyways? Scary ground for GOPers, I know. Quote mining and out of context remarks are your trademark and all, but again I guess I have hope that Virginians will be smarter than that.
Strangely, it seems you guys are hoping that they are really that fucking stupid to buy into your bullshit attacks. They very well might do just that, but that doesn't say much about your party's character now, does it?

No apology needed. Just ask your future Presidential nominee John McCain about his writings, if you will sir.

so while MisterDopus1 distracts us with his Jerry Springer equivalent of politicians poking each other with sticks, AKA his only post on the 4th page of this thread, we leave the Webb's imploding penis Senate race in Virginia and go to St. Louis where the leftist democratic operatives ACORN have been submitting thousands of phony voter registrations this year. ACORN has been also turning in fake change-of-address forms, which would cause the voter card to be sent to the fraudulent location.
| quote: | ST. LOUIS, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Hundreds of bogus address changes have surfaced near St. Louis and the election board is warning voters to make sure they get a polling-place notification card.
If the card does not show up, a voter's address may have been fraudulently changed, the county elections director said.
The bogus address changes are among fraudulent voter-registration cards turning up in St. Louis County within the past couple of months, The St. Louis Post Dispatch reported.
The bogus registrations included at least one dead person, officials said.
Most of the suspicious registrations and address changes were submitted by the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, known as ACORN, election officials said.
ACORN is under scrutiny for thousands of suspicious voter registrations submitted in St. Louis, which is separate from St. Louis County, and Kansas City.
The group's Missouri registration drive is tied to its support for a ballot proposal to increase Missouri's minimum wage to $6.50 an hour from $5.15 an hour. |

Oh, I'm sorry nutsack, I didn't realize that I was "distracting" us all from your party's criminal behavior! How silly of me to bring up your little corrupt tactics. A thousand pardons, my dear sweet dipshit.
As for ACORN, can't say I'm crazy about their tactics myself. Any voter fraud and/or intimidation of any sort should be exposed and prosecuted to the fullest, wouldn't you agree?
Now granted, these are allegations still, are they not? And if memory serves, you're really not one to run on allegations, are you? I seem to recall a recent Baker Commission report telling us how shitty Iraq is going and that a new direction is necessitated, one of those options being redeployment, and I believe your response was that you wanted to wait until the actual report comes out as a result of you not trusting such alleged stories from newspaper sources.
Does any of that ring a bell? So perhaps if we could maybe take a page from your book and wait to see if such allegations are true before prosecuting those individuals, we might actually be a bit more fair won't we? Afterall, were there not allegations on this group from Ohio and Pennsylvania and those turned out to be false?:
http://www.americanchronicle.com/ar...articleID=14862
And let's also consider one of the alleged ACORN workers left an unlisted telephone #:
http://www.kansascity.com/mld/kansa.../printstory.jsp
And second, have you found any evidence that ties this group to McCaskill in any way? If so, then you may be on to something. If not, then what you demonstrated was a group of meddlers with similar interests like raising minimum wage.
Surely you're not going to pull a librul accusation akin to Swift Boaters/CBS Bush Draft Dodging and Karl Rove connections on me now, are you?
Oh, BTW, let's also turn our attention to another GOP under investigation, this one in Pennsylvania:
| quote: | Rep. Weldon Probed Over Contracts for His Daughter
McClatchy Newspapers
Saturday, October 14, 2006; A04
The Justice Department is investigating whether Rep. Curt Weldon (R-Pa.) traded his political influence for lucrative lobbying and consulting contracts for his daughter, according to sources with direct knowledge of the inquiry.
The FBI has formally referred the matter to the department's Public Integrity Section for additional scrutiny. At issue are Weldon's efforts between 2002 and 2004 to aid two Russian companies and two Serbian brothers with ties to former Yugoslavian president Slobodan Milosevic, a federal law enforcement official said.
The Russian companies and a Serbian foundation run by the brothers' family each hired a firm co-owned by Weldon's daughter, Karen, for fees totaling nearly $1 million a year, public records show.
Karen Weldon was 28 and lacked consulting experience when she and Charles Sexton, a Weldon ally and longtime Republican leader in Delaware County, Pa., created the firm Solutions North America Inc. in 2002. Both are registered with the Justice Department as representatives of foreign clients.
Word of the inquiry, which has been closely held within the Justice Department and the FBI, came from two people with specific knowledge of the existence of the investigation. They both spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the confidentiality of criminal investigations.
Spokesmen for the FBI and the Justice Department declined to confirm or deny that an inquiry is underway.
Two years ago, the Los Angeles Times examined Curt Weldon's parallel efforts in Congress on behalf of the Russian and Serbian clients of his daughter, prompting the House ethics committee to briefly explore the issue.
Weldon, his daughter and Sexton all declined to respond to requests for an interview.

I mean, if we're going to run on allegations, it's only fair that we continue on investigations of fraud and corruption now, isn't it?
