Not true. In the 1950s, before the Betty & Barney Hill case, a farmer named Antonio Villas Boas was abducted, in I believe Brazil. There are other cases of people being abducted in Brazil, or come in contact with Aliens. I don't believe this conspiracy theory of yours that it's the government doing all of these abductions and such. They've been reported..similar things, many years before our government was invovled. There were many cases in the past of people encountering "goblins", "angels" or "demons" at night, and even the Virgin Mary...she was approached at night in the bible by the Angel Gabriel, and she was later impregnanted. She was a Virgin too, so if you believe that it happened, then she never really had intercourse with Joseph or anyone. Seems an awful lot like what happens with abducted women, they don't go through intercourse thus realy making them "virgins".

Just another thought..it's all speculative. But I just find it hard to believe the government would do these things. Sure there's a lot of things our government has done in the past and continues to do that is very questionable, but I doubt that this is one of them. The questionable thing, is if abductions are true (and I do thing at least 40-50% are) then why would our government allow it to happen? that shocks me just as much as the government doing these "mind altering things".

I don't trust our government completely, but I don't buy into those types of conspiracy theories, just like the 9/11 conspiracy theories about the planes being remotely controlled. I might believe in aliens, but I don't blame everything on the government/military, and I don't believe in every UFO or alien abduction case, I just think there's enough evidence (mind you not extremely hard evidence, but evidence nonetheless) to warrant further examination. The explanations like yours, and skeptics who believe that these people are just suffering from delusions or "waking dreams" are more hoakey than what is presented by some of the believers. Surely there are some claims I just don't believe, such as those by Whitley Strieber..he was just out to make money..a science fiction author. But Betty and Barney Hill, and Villas Boas, are among the most credible.

Again i'm just speculating...just as you are. We both have no proof either way. Maybe the government does have a hand with these abductions, but I don't think it's the government working alone, flying around in these triangular, cigar shaped or boomerang shaped craft. I think i'm more inclinded to believe the triangular, cigar or boomerang shaped sightings though, because the guy that made these UFO sightings big, Kenneth Arnold, never really saw flying saucers but boomerang shaped craft. The "flying saucer" was coined by journalists, because Kenneth Arnold described them like "saucers skipping over water". I question "flying saucer" sightings, but not UFO sightings of cigar and triangular shaped craft...even spotted all over the world by pilots. Don't know why our government would indanger the lives of our people and pilots and people in other countries...by flying in their flight path that many UFOs have reported to have done. This was testimony from pilots who have seen this, well respected ones. I doubt they were all lying or the stories were made up for the program(s) i've seen on it and books i've read.

I don't know where to start in this discussion, but I would like to add that there were several very prominent politicians and former military personnel with high ranks who have stepped up and revealed this information about aliens.

I mean, you all have to have heard about William Cooper by now. He served several years in the military intelligence, where he was able to see and later photocopy for his book authentic files documenting these government cover-ups. He mentioned in detail the cover-up of JFK assassination, treaties with aliens, government / IRS corruption, etc.

If you get the book, in the back there are dozens of photocopied and attached documents that implicate government cover-ups and conspiracy. I believe this guy has credibility.

Another famous and very important book, "The Day After Roswell" written by Colonel Philip Corso, a former Pentagon official who worked in the White House, worked with senior military officials and generals. He oversaw the Roswell files, the artifacts and the alien creatures themselves. This guy, undeniably, has strong credibility, and his long military service and work in White House are important clues that thig guy's not crazy. Read the book!

The politicians, officials are the ones who are threatened and forced to lie by the inner party of the government, the real force. Its no wonder William Cooper and Philip Corso published their books way after they left the military/retired.

These guys weren't arrested. They were simply ridiculed and picked-on by mass media, kinda like Fox News does it "fair and balanced" media coverage, or kinda like Larry King (the black guy) who was helped by the powerful rich politicians to cover up the real extent of the crimes.

The government doesn't want to silence/murder the critics, that only portrays their involvement. They use media, counter-arguments, disinformation and propaganda to shoot down whomever gets in the way, and as in last resort murders its critics in "freak accidents".

They didnt disappear without a trace. Theres evidence of Anasazi style tools at other locations, i believe it was at a couple of Pueblo locations. And theres also evidence that supports the theory that they actually just up and left there settlements and migrated to other places. But the underlying reasons of why their society brokedown is climate change and irresponsible use of their environment. Theres plenty of research to support those ideas. If you want me to dig up the info for you i will. And for the record Anasazi means "the ancient ones" no "ancient aliens", and it was coined by other indians later in history when they found the abandoned Anasazi sites. I know that they do not want to silence them. Rather they understand that people will see things they were not meant to see. that is when they select generals or personel that are going to be the scapegoats. What they do is come out and reveal what they know. When they do this they are knowing what is going to happen. They will be critized by the media.

But that is ok. It is what they want you to know. Words won't make a person shut up. When they come out people will believe that what they have to say and others wont and a lot MORE don't care. Freedom of speech is slavery.

Why would they come out so easily if they understand that there is no harm? Why would they continue to ask American civilians for their signature to bring to congress so they can declassify documents on UFOs or Aliens? Why bother when they know the majority of people won't do anything?
