Actually I sang it that way just to catch the right emotion. It´s about a person who have almost given everything up and no screaming is left. I thought the high note vocal in the break would make it less monoton. Maybe it´s not enough. I´m glad you like it anyway, thanks for your rewiev!

I have to check up a Stephanie Vezina song!

Hi! Very good track :-)
Good music and professional sounds... but I think that vocal should be more expressive and dynamic... hmmm...
and I think that text is too difficult for average-listener... but is my point of view...
By the way GOOD JOB!

Greetz!

Is it to difficult? There is no complecated words or anything, the language is simple (´couse my english sux ). But yeas, maybe the meaning is, that´s up to you.

When I write to a song, I just translate it to words. I tell my story but leave spaces for your fantasy. I´m not much for cheesy lyrics.

Thanks a lot for your oppinion and I´m glad you like the track!

Listening...I guess I'll split it up into the composer and the singer.

Speactra:
Well created frozen atmosphere in the beginning, but for some reason the bassline just doesn't seem to fit note-wise that is. Some dissonance which you might be going for. Pads at the break are awesome. Nice airy kind of barren landscapish feel to it. I think you did it with phaser. Sounds like square pad too. The melody just doesn't really knock my socks off. I don't feel it goes anywhere I guess. But that's just my opinion. Clean and solid production though.

Akia:
Vocals are pretty dark. You do have a nice voice, little accent to it. I do agree with the others though in that you sing the majority of the song quite monotonously. I understand that it's to preserve this desolate and empty feel, but some emotional wordless sounds likes ahhs and ooohhhs might grace the song and add the finishing touch. I'm curious as to what your emotional singing sounds like. Anyway, I like your singing.

Overall:
Track is cleanly produced and has great sounds. Some elements though just don't seem to mix melodically.

Thanks for your rewiev and advice! Yeah, maybe some ooohhh and aaahhh would make it less monotone, we will think about it.

Fantastic!

Listened to the track and loved it!... the production quality is outstanding!,.. What did you use to get the drums sounding so tight?.. good compression?..

At nine minutes its certainly long enough, but it has a great build and the vocal's beautiful,..

All good!

listening:

I like the bassline.. got a great groove to it. but i think it could have been layered for more depth. the percussions are on the right track, but just not there yet.

I like the melody.. simple deep, and effective.

Vocals sounds like Bjřrk actually. but unfortunately i dont think the vocals fit or do anything to the track.

Definitely got a good idea going on here, but i think the track lacks depth and clarity.
