As for a territorial error, just try other sites. A lot of the time it's a licensing issue with Beatport that you can get around with something like AudioJelly, Vonyc, etc...

I've heard of this happening to others (read it on various forums), and the problem was usually sorted out with a credit to the account, or a refund.
