Why does anyone in this world need a GPS? Especially a crappy refurbished one from Tiger Direct?

Honestly, have people forgotten how to read a map? Or take a pen and write the directions down?

lol it's not a refurbished one you bioch, although there was a couple models down from mine that were, which were way cheaper, but yeah that's why lol

and I don't need it, I just want it haha (this is a subjective statement, as I am always the one getting lost lol). Also, why use a map or write directions down when you have this? There's no reason. Technology is to make our life easyier, so why move back and use the old method?
