That seems to be the case with every supplement, naturally gained muscle mass takes MUCH longer to dimish, i've found that to be the case with all of my friends. |
umm, i never take any supplements, but it took my body just about 7 weeks to rid itself of all the muscle i had gained over the summer.. i am such a hard gainer, it is rediculous. I work for like 2 months to get my tri-ceps curls up to like 75 lbs, but then i stop working out for just a tiny while and *puff* they are gone again *grrr* guess the running thing isn't really helping my uper body...

Don't do just sit-ups, do crunches, do medicine ball holds (sit inverted on a sloped ramp, say 45 degrees, and just hold that position and throw a medicine ball back and forth with someone standing), do leg-ups (lay flat, lift your shoulders off the ground, followed by holding your legs up 18 inches off the ground. Hold for 15 seconds per rep, or more if your a baller). |
that what i did, still people think i am fat.. 'cause i never do the leg-lifts... so i have a little tummy on the bottom and a sixpack on the top.. oh well..
