That's YOUR opinion - and mine is that you're wrong to the bone.
I'm not getting ripped off, so far I've always gotten what I paid for, don't worry.

It's silly, tho', when you see his fanboys pointing that out as one of the reasons he's a superb DJ. |
Fact is you don't have anything on Armin, you can't point out his mixing because it's 2nd to none, if you don't like his track selection that's another thing, but I for one do, that's why I go see him, I don't care how much perfect and good dj someone is if I don't like the music they're playing, you people here have always made "ASOT trance" feel like it's a crime to listen to, load of crap on you.

I always recognized Armin to be one of the best DJs in mixing, and all you may had applauded him for that in late years. He didn't change a thing in the mixing, but now, now that he's famous, and the Underground law demands anger, "he doesn't take risks" and bla bla bla.
I'm not a fan, but I don't like to see the pseudo-undergrounds reducing a DJ to hot shit.
I haven't listened to the first asot's, but usually I found them quite boring, but they're a good way to found new great tracks (1 per show with some luke). Of course, you couldn't be expecting, in a weekly mix, always tremendous sets, that's not the purpose of asot, and it's impossible to be.
The real armin should be seen live, is only there, or on other non-asot sets, that you can judge his work. And armin has been good live.
But apart all that you have to recognize that the guy doesn't stop, can you imagine how it is to produce so much sets?
What I found quite shity is the attention that is beeing given to vocal trance, armin's trance should focus more one that kind of tracks that makes us fly with our eyes closed, and less the tracks that can be sang.
