Try the kelp tablets though, they're really good for your hair, skin and nails, plus lots of trace stuff in there you can sometimes miss out on.

Are they called kelp tablets? Can I find them in the health food section of a grocery store? What brand do you suggest? Are there any conflicts with taking them with iron supplements (negates the effects? etc.)

Actually most of the really big chain grocery stores usually have them, won't affect your iron intake, come in about 500-1200mg size, if you're already on the multivitamins you could just use the 500's. They're a big source of calcium.

Calcium prevents iron absorption...
I would have to take them at a different time than my iron.
