after looking through Transformers, i am surprised at the cast of the movie. The director is Michael Bay, but the list of headline actors and actresses are from the B/C list, up and coming, or unknown. unless if the marketers are trying to sell the special effects and the name, i think this is going to be very hard to sell this movie with the list of actors.

Somehow I think a modern, cartoonish Transformers movie would've worked better than this.
I think it'll be somewhat interesting but too much like Terminator 3 meets Transformers meets cheesy lines meets excessive hype.
