3. when i was 7 i fell off my bike and my front teeth broke off on the kerb of the pavement as i flew over my handlebars.
2. When I was 17 I did some bad muscle damage in my lower back playing football. Went up for a bicycle kick and as I connected with the ball, I felt a big pull in my back as my leg over-stretched. it hurt to walk for 6 months and i couldn't run for about 12 months without feeling it.

3. Slammed the car door on my finger... yes it WAS stupid.
2. Broke a tooth when eating lunch and a small piece of bone from the meat entered the tooth and jammed against my nerve.
1. Head on collision @ 60+ KM/h. It was the bruising and fucked ribs that really smart!
I've been pretty fortunate in my life in regards to this, not been to the hospital once so far.
However, one time I was running down the hall in kindergarden in my socks, only to step with full force onto a dead wasp lying on the floor with its barb up. Had to hop around on one foot for the rest of the day.
Another one that hurt like a bitch was when we were lifting weights in gym class a few years back. The guy next to me lowered his weight while I brought mine up, squashing my index fingernail. It turned all blue, then black before it fell off completely.
Broke my colar/arm/finger/nose/tail bones.
Almost bit half my tounge right off.
Migraine so bad put me into convulsions.
Knelt down on a nail.
Infected foot from gashing it open with a tool (doctor was talking about amputation !)
Got hit in the head and sliced my head open... twice.
Stabbed myself in the leg (accidentally).
The most painful? Probably a close one between the broken arm and the migraine.
All 3 of them fell on the ground.
That must've hurt a fair bit.
