well, how fast is it. i haven't taken a physics class since about 5 years ago and all i can remember is gravity accelerates at 9.8 m/s^2. is there a terminal velocity for gravity?

that is on earth. some planets have way more gravity, some have less...

i think space has less as well/

oh yea, i totally forgot about that, thnx. it was always funny to go to the griffith observatory on field trips and they have the weight scales of different planets so you'd be like 30 lbs on the moon and like 200 on jupiter or something like that.

the thing that bothers me to this day is when my professor in my class on gravitational theory said something like "Actually, light, electricity, and magnetism are all the same thing but thats way beyond the scope of this class"

because we were talking about light bending in gravity and if that could affect electromagnetic fields because I could swear magnetism ISNT localized gravity and it still makes me cry because he never explained it.

i would think the reason he said that is because light, electricity, and magnetism all have to do with electrically charged particles...

light is made of photons

Electricity is caused by the flow of an electrically charged particle

Magnetism is the force created from the movement of electrically charged particles interacting with each other

i dunno that's all i got...
