It certainly would be interesting to see what kinda stuff you'd pull out of your ass in real life, lol. But I'm cheap/poor/broke so you're paying for the potatoes.

i thought the only part that brought it down was the Jazz Club Revenge scene. It was like I was watching Snakes on a Plane versus The Number 23. It was so ridiculous watching him play the piano and then breakdancing to jazz.

The part where venom was born in the church ("you want forgiveness? try religion'), fuck. that was played out so fucking awesome. "i come before you now, humbled and humiliated...bla bla bla. kill peter parker."

someone mentioned that it was the best reinterpretation of a comic i believe early on. I strongly disagree to that statement, there have been great interpretations of comics alot better than spiderman 3. Best examples for me at least Batman and batman returns. The dark atmoshpere and characters inner struggle completely shadows that of what the Batman comics were supposed to represent. Even batman begins was really well done with a dark mood attached. On topic of spiderman 3, casting horrible, topher never should of gotten into acting to begin with let alone be in this movie and that role. Really disappointed since I LOVE venom, but teh first two were never spectacular either imo.

I never said it was the best interpretation. Well I did, but that's not what I meant.

I haven't even seen this third installment, I may very well think it's shit too.

The Batmans done by Burton have so far been my favorite. But Batman Begins by far best captures at least the vision created by Miller in his take on Batman (which is not the traditional Batman story) . I loved The Dark Knight Returns.

Yeah the first two Batman movies by Tim Burton are very nice and Batman Begins isn't half bad either. The dark mood of the Burton ones really does originate from the comics as well, as they are/were based on alternate, much darker toned adventures of Batman published on Dark Horse Comics instead of the more standard DC Comics issues.

As a side note.. now playing: Sasha - Arkham Asylum, which tells Sasha must be a fan of Batman.

The first Spiderman was meh to me, and I didn't like the second one at all so it will take quite a bit before you get me to see the third.

The Batman movies, on the other hand, own all. As already mentioned the two Tim Burton ones as well as Batman Begins. I'd take it one stretch further and say Batman Forever with Two-Face and The Riddler, but it still doesn't come close to the other three.
