I placed an order on saturday or sunday and still didn't get the records... Here's what i got:

How can we track the packages?

You ordered on Saturday, We take orders all over the weekend but the postal servive doesn't run till Monday. So I picked your order on Saturday it was posted on Monday at 5.00pm and off it goes. Uk postage is normally next day but there are a few factors to consider, firstly the package is posted in the Uk, then it gets transferred to America, then gets sorted then gets delivered. Unfortunately if we were in control of the whole process people would recieve their records a lot more efficiently.

Our only problem is that we depend on the postal service and this is why you haven't got your records so please be patient.

dude.. gimme a break.. u ordered on sat or sunday and u expect the records to have reached u from the UK in friggin' 4 or 5 days?? you can't even expect that kind of service if you order from our own country.. chemical is always quick.. last time i got my order in like 6 days so hopefully you'll get ur stuff today or tomorrow.. my order was shipped this morning so i'll probably be seeing them by next friday.. chemical rocks!

4-5 days is alot, every time I order from ddancegrooves, I get my records THE NEXT DAY, so yeah, whatever...

Well why won't you guys start shipping them via airbone express or something like UPS, FedEx, they work much faster than f*cking postal services... Maybe you will have to charge a littlebit more for shipping, but you will have alot more happy customers. I still am happy about my order, but it would be really nice to have them overnight or 2-3 days...
