I think, you should sell to the initial person if you agreed on the deal. I don't think it's good business ethics to say yes i'll sell you this item at $5 then for someone to say to you next day i'll give you $10 and you tell person 1 tough luck. I think the best thing to do is have a semi-feedback thing, there is a forum i go onto in the UK called av forums and for their buy/sell section there is feedback, so that way you will know if someone is untrustworthy as their feedback will show this and is similar to ebay, ie after your purchase you leave +/-/neutral feedback with a comment to make
ie item exactly as described. Excellent seller...
