if my last suggestion was too much just do the following:
plan a trip to a place where she's always wanted to go, but couldn't afford. say you fell into some money because some great uncle died and you want to repair your relationship. you want to dedicate time to her, the time you didn't before. tell her you'll make the arrangements, so you have to be smart here. check flights, hotels, car rental info, you name it. send her info via email so she believes it's real. if you're lucky she'll buy outfits and such. when the day of departure arrives never pick her up.
