and the fact that you are fucked is a flaw in the tipping system, or the client's problem?
the fact of the matter is, the tipping system overpays workers in some respects, for work that is nowhere near worth that much, and in the cases of slow nights or unpopular businesses, fucks them over. well, not everything is pink and peachy, and if it benefits on one side, you can sure as hell expect it to fuck you over on the other.
i guess, if you don't like it, you shouldn't be in a job that's based on tips.
