I will give the KSRA credit for recognizing the legality of the clubs' existence. They are calling for more police, etc - not a direct shutdown of the district.

Perhaps the new cameras in combination with more police and a change in last call times would be an effective solution to the issues cited.

the recognize the legality in the sense that they want "bars" not "nightclubs".
