Taking speed without downers is like jumping out of an airplane without a parachute, plan ahead next time.

Trying to crash offa speed is not the same as having a little trouble sleeping at night. For that maybe nyquil or Tylenol PM/benadryl might help but if you are amped they will be worthless. Honestly, ambien even sucks for a speed crash. To have a pleasant crash and get some sleep you need benzos. Xanax, valium, klonopin, ativan, halcion, whatever you can get it doesn't matter, just eat some and lay down.

If you have no benzos you could try some weak opiates like vicodin or percs with a little bit of alcohol.

And if you have no drugs at all really the only other option is to drink enough alcohol to make yourself drowsy, but this method sucks compared to taking some benzos.

I went the grass smoking route once and had a highly unpleasant experience doing that after a 4 day meth run.

On the bright side though, I ended up with a 2 year long script for 60mg of xanax a month as a result of it.

Completely different drugs. Lexapro is an antidepressant (SSRI).

Before you take them go to google and search for "ssri withdrawal"

Most doctors neglect to tell you about that part. I know someone who had a horrible time coming off paxil and I have a friend who ended up in the psych ward after a manic episode while trying to come off effexor.

And they also forget to tell you that you will probably lose all interest in sex and even if you do try to have it you won't be able to finish. Good times.

you're usually weened off antidepressants, ssri withdrawal most often occurs when the patients thinks 'oh i'm feeling good, might as well stop these meds,' not realising they're for long term use.

and yeah, sexual dysfunction is a SE, but it's not that common. you can change up the drug class if it effects you though.
