Never really found a need for an ipod, if I was at work I'm too busy there to be listening and running around, the cars already got MP3 players in them which I just compile mixes, throw on CD's (and sometimes on TA ) and at home, well stereo's and computers for music there.
Don't really have anywhere I'd use one as I don't travel much anymore

yeh, you do live in asia... buy what you need. random remotes? ok!
for size and price the creative has higher sound to noise ratio and an EQ. the software is better than it was ever.
iriver was my initial favorite, but you need to deal with korean firmware before the several hundred dollar product becomes useful! cheers!|
So, you've never owned an iRiver?
Calm down then.
It's the easiest fucking thing to use. The iRiver software is so simple to use, that a 10 year old could be considered a experienced user after 5 mins. It's hardly rocket science.
And I'm ALWAYS dubious about Creative (the brand) ANYTHING, so there was zero chance I would bother spending my cash on a brand that has let me down in the past.
Fuck it though They all play music, and my iRiver rocks. I hope to see you in a sports bar in the future

Ahhh... multi-touch surfaces. Home computers will addapt to this too.
How will one go about making a local call with that thing?

Unless voice-to-text recognition takes leaps, I don't see the (physical) keyboard going anywhere for quite a while.

iPods are shit.
They have always been shit.
They will always be shit.
Their software...shit.
Their design...shit.
Their battery life...shit.
Their capacity...shit.
Their price...shit.
Their headphones...complete shit.
See where I'm going with this?
The only thing that isn't complete shit is their marketing, which has evidently done the job...
