I can't pick just one as my absolute favorite so I'm going by region... asian (chinese, indian, middle eastern etc.), mediterranean, latin american, caribbean, european... in that order.

ok dont barf but Chitterlings are teh small intestines of a pig (cooked in savory crap by the southern folk im assuming)


and grits are like cornmeal.. more of a breakfast "thang"

Lived in TN for a year and had both.... and HATED both. People from the south eat messed up crap. Almost as bad as the Scottish.
(p.s. grits is corn porridge. /shudder)
