I was thinking that there might be some type of epidemic of them with ppl trying to get into the clubs. I think Guv is a tiny bit tolerant of them as they rarely see them come, but if everyone is showing up at the door, then shits gonna hit the fan. The girls I met and partied all night with used it a lot. One in particular was shooting everything in site. Only at about 5am did the bouncer say to put it away because some dude borrowed it and danced away while putting on a light show. It actually looked cool, but the bouncer didn't think so. Never mind I think there were a few people the looked peeved that we were using it. I don't know why since everyone else was freaking out and wanting to try it. I think in the end the clubs will really clamp down hard on them and stop the flow before it becomes a nuisance. They are dangerous if not careful... as noted before when it was accidentally flashed in the eye.

ALPEC make the cat's ass lasers, thier site is here

I use the green ones for conferences, really bright and low divergence (beam doesn't spread out too much). The celestial units are a trip, too.
