It would be an array and there are not that many people driving around in the middle of the outback. It would certainly be better than driving pass a nuclear power station!

yeah me neither. they built a whole bunch of them near my beach house. i think they're cool. the local bumpkins were all shitty about it, but they got put in anyway.

I believe it's because they are noisy, look bad (personal opinion), hazardous to wildlife, and really not that reliable.
