Use what You like, and what works for you, If you're not sure, download all of them and try them and buy the one you're gonna use. Any one who has any sort of knowledge and enough experience in producing tracks, CAN MAKE A QUALITY TRACK in any of the modern sequencers. And that's a fact. Most of You will discover this sooner or later. Some of you guys don't even realize how much power You have in your hands. All the vst instruments, vst effect plugins + hardware synths if you wanna go that way or mix both.. I wish i had that when i started 16 years ago, and i only had a atari with cubase without any of that wicked stuff. There was no audio recording in the sequencer, unless you had pro tools - we used multitrack and sequenced everything in real time. We have it so easy now it's not even funny. Quad core\octo core systems that run countless amount of plugins and vsti synths. Anyone can make music this days using those tools, and get very professional results. So stop bashing one another, and bashing different programs/platforms, and get on with the music making. Like I mentioned before... Once you get enough experience You will look back at a post like this and think how immature you were bashing FL or whatever other software, realizing that YOU can MAKE great tracks in any of todays sequencers. (of course we skip stuff like EJAy here) |
Word. People forget that they can expand their daw into the infinite with dx, vst plugins and so forth, no matter what they use... A sequencer is just a sequencer! Its basic principle is just to arrange ffs!
