i heard that the GH3 guitars don't work for RB on the ps3 i dont know if its been fixed or not.

no, no its not the greatest video game ever made....im tired of ppl talking about this game.....ok its fun.....I wouldnt even consider it in the top 100 games of all time.....it has cool periphrals i.e. guitar and drums.....but thats bout it......

Rock Band is great.

To add though,

Guitar Hero's guitars work on Rock Band. However, the Rock Band Guitar does not work on Guitar Hero 1 2 or 3 (Xbox 360).

Activision I think are a little angry that they have competition from Harmonix and EA/MTV. While Rock Band was smart enough to allow the GH guitars to use on their game, Activision said "fuck you if you go against us" to its customers. That's why GH3, while I think is better on guitar than Rock Band by far, has fallen behind.

ahh, got a new guitar off ebay, but the strum bar is really hard and not responding really well, gonna have my buddy break it in a bit on hard and see if we can salvage it, I already got EA to send me a replacement guitar for it, so hopefully i get a brand spankin new good guitar with no problems.

P.S. Bought like 20 songs off the DLC, gonna have a good rock jam sessions tonight with full band and some new tunes.

I haven't played RB yet but GH is the best game ive played in long time simply because its so freaking fun, and anyone whos sees it is intrigued ny it.

proof of this is on christmas day i brought my ps3 to my aunts and hooked it up in the basement afrter dinner, so mmy uncle comes walking by playing and acoustic guitar and my bro and i are like what are you doing wuth that put that down and try this out.

Long story short my uncle fell in love with it, my aunts who have never played any video games got adddicted and we ended up playing til like 1am b4 we noticed the time, what a great christmas, now my uncle calls weekly trying to get us to go over with the game. I may buy the xbox and give him the ps3 vesrion so i can get Rockband for the Xbox, i dying to play the drums and/or sing.

I love Guitar Hero, because it actually puts my air guitar skills to good use. Yey! Hmm... good idea for my next zone outing

I've played alot of video games and this game would honestly rate very high on my lists of all time. Just way too fun in a full group.
