your english speaking accent is like a mashup of what seems like maybe 3 different accents. a british type in the way you say some words, the spanish like tongue use, and im not sure what else.

You have a better english accent than me. Quite 'BBC' that is proper english.

One tip with that is not to say "draw-ring" rather than drawing. The english home county types tend to do that. And it is incorrect. (not that you did but with that type of accent they do)

I wish I could speak spanish in ANY form!

My great grandad jumped ship in oz and disappeared for 20 years came back able to speak it fluently so should be in my blood somewhere.

Hable Anglais? is about as much as I know.

Spanish speakers puzzle me. A guy from Cuba once said I had a thick Portuguese accent, some guys from Peru thought I was from Mexico, and my last Spanish teacher thought I was from Spain. What a bloody mess

But, yeah, it's a wonderful language to learn, Dervish... and it's quite hilarious too

fucking portuguese and its fucked up pronunciations compared to spanish!

oh and dervish: i cant speak any language other than english fluently. i used to be able to speak german quite well, but since its been like 6 years since i have used it, i have forgotten most of it.
