Not to add fuel to the fire but there was a real eager ball-buster the last time I was there (Jon O'Bir). I walked down the steps and got *behind* the 1 and only person online (so, facing the person in front of me directly) and the bouncer said, "Hey boss, move the line up the right side of the stairs," and I said sure. Then I heard someone inside scream that I kinda picked out as someone from TA (haha), and I chuckled, and the guy goes, "Hey boss, there's nothing funny," and I didn't say anything (seriously, guys do I ever give people trouble? lol).... Then he goes, "Boss, take a look at this paper over there, it's the rules of the club, you should go over them.".... I said, "Boss, I've played here a good 4 or so times before, I don't need an education," and I walked up and paid my full admission (cos they said I wasn't on reduced).... No biggie at the time, but I think it sounds like there's some more and more grumpy workers there, I remember it being the coolest experience the first 4-5 times I went there, everyone was crazy nice... Not saying they're not nice, but it seems like it's slipping a tiny bit... Could be isolated incidents though, just saying! Although the bartenders are still crazy nice, and even though the list was a bit messed up, the people were nice about it, but that one bouncer gave off a bad vibe
Anyway, I wish I was there on Saturday night, but I feel a lot better now and I guess it's cos I didn't go out lol... |
you're not adding fuel to the fire, you're adding your two cents, and its welcomed.
as of last month, Love hired an outside security company to handle venue security. The rest of the staff (bar, hostesses, coat people, etc..) are all the same. I'm bringing all this up in a long email to management tonight so we can work it out for the 23rd.
