This is pretty good, though I found it a bit dry in some parts, could use some more reverb/delay to flesh it a bit.

The bass pulses/interludes (example at 4:04 and 4:35) are

a) too loud and should be dimmed very slightly

b) taken out altogether

I'd go for "a", I think they're very creative, would sound good.

The snare sample in the first minute is not too good. Very dry, needs more reverb, or perhaps need to be replaced with something better altogether.

LOVE the funky bass line at 1:01.

This is a great track - well done.

Very nice track, although I think its more house in nature (than trance)

Percs very housy, but great nonetheless, and synths have a good atmospheric twist to them. Unusual combination (at least for my ears) but sounds very good, like ambiant house or something like that. wouldnt exactly call it trance though lol.

Listening with earphones (at work) so cant really comment the whole mastering/mixing but it sounded good from what I heard.

Funny thing now that i listen to it again, with a punchier, thicker bass and kick, and the whole openhat and snare trance thing, it would make for great ''trance'' (but its really cool as it is though)

It's funny what you said about it being housey -- when I first started making it and the only thing I had was the percussion, I named the file "house125" or something like that.

lol yeah they are quite groovy...nothing wrong with that
but the main thing i like about the song is the combination of house beat + atmospheric - spacey synths

I like trying to mix different elements from diff styles of electronic music, my favorite being big trance leads + psytrance kick-bass and effects
