Not bad at all, u cant actually feel the presence of the original, the new elements blend in perfectly.
Reminds me of the hello bootleg by trifactor and dave dresden

I liked it but didn't love it either. I have listened to the Chasing Cars remix he did as well and he doesn't do anything revolutionary when he does his remixes.

not really blake's best work, but still pretty nice.
i'm a sucker for bootlegs like this and making bootlegs out of rock/pop songs is one of the most fun things you can do while producing.
and it's usually pretty challenging too, it hardly ever works out so that you just place a beat on the original track. like blake said, there's tons of work streching the track to fit the tempo, getting all the unwanted stuff out of the master (like original drums and stuff) and trying to get the mix sound clear. if a track has already a lot of elements it won't sound too good if you just throw more on it without doing anything to 'free up' some mixing space. you also need some musical ear to reproduce the melodies by ear and write new ones so that they are in the same harmony as the original song.

as an artist if people dont' like bootlegs these, i couldn't really care less. it's so much fun to produce bootlegs and artists should be making what they want to make and not what other people want them to make.
and one thing i hear all the time is, "he's just making them for the money", eeh what money? there's absolutely no money in bootlegs since 99% of the time they won't see an official release.

It gets their name out there. Once your name is out there, people will start buying your previous releases and will be on the lookout for new releases from you. The bootleg makes the artist money, just not directly.

But what this have in common with trance? It's certainly closer to house than trance, true trance.

Love Poundin' Sensation

K, I am fully prepared to admit, I love cheezzzy tracks.

I am going to be truly bloody annoying and buy Armin a stiff drink if he plays this at Bal En Blanc for me this year.

My favorite remix of 2008 so far.

Edit: Too bad Blake can't play Bal En Blanc instead of Infected this year!
He would fit in dreamily. Unfortunately I got to Contact WAY too late and missed 99% of his set!
