Trust me, I known the meaning of sacrifice. Every year, due to my commitment to school I've had to sacrifice more and more, most notably visiting all of my good friends in Toronto (and thereby partying as well). I know it's worth it though, and that's why I continue to do it. Friends and parties will always be there (and they have been extremely supportive might I add!) That's why I decided to spend last summer in Europe. I knew it was going to be my last chance to do it for many years, so I wanted to go with a big bang! I'll be in school next summer as well (my program goes through the summer after first year), and then at least the following two summers, articling.

Congrats, acceptance into law school is definitely something to be proud of. My sister is doing her first year at U of T Law, and surprisingly she’s managing her work and social life really well. Have never known anyone that attended Windsor Law so let us know how you like it. I’m looking at either U of T or McGill for law, but I’m still contemplating whether I should do my MA first.

Also environmental law is an excellent choice – definitely has a bright future.

Congrats Lisa. Seriously...this is amazing. I definately look up to how you managed to stay focused on your dreams without letting outside sources side track you from what you really want to do with you life (ex. partying, friends, relationships etc.) Congrats to you and I wish you all the best!
